How Pricing Works
Base-to-Base Hourly
Most loads are priced at $125/hour, calculated from our Springfield, OH terminal to pickup, through delivery, and back. Includes loading and unloading time. 4-hour minimum applies.
Flat-Rate Option
One-way single-stop loads may qualify for flat-rate pricing based on operational miles. The calculator automatically selects the lower of the two options when both are valid.
Detention Policy
For per-load pricing, 75 minutes of free time is included at each stop. Additional detention is billed at $65/hour in 15-minute increments. Hourly base-to-base loads have no separate detention charge.
